All U.S. & Canada orders ship via UPS Ground (5-8 business days). In-stock items ship promptly. You’ll receive tracking once shipped. We also deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for your convenience.
We want you to love your purchase. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 business days of the original delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn, in salable condition, and have all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include: sale items, panties, bodysuits, swimwear, and silk.
Refunds are not offered on online purchases.
To protect our inventory and prevent fraudulent activity, orders containing unusually large quantities of identical items may be subject to final sale terms.
Purchases of multiple units of the same style, size, and color (for example, 4 or more of the same item) are considered bulk orders and are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
